Post warranty service
For products that are not in warranty period, Annwa will collect on-site service fees, material costs, labor costs and logistics fees for the end-users, including, but not limited to, any one or more of them.
* Service fee on site: Travel and labor costs for technical service engineers.
* Material fee: the cost of spare parts (including transportation and management costs).
* Labor fee: Technical Service Engineer hours fee, including maintenance, maintenance, installation (hardware or software) and the cost of debugging the machine.
* Logistics expenses: including from customers shipped to the new Annwa and repaired the machine from the new energy security to the customer's cost .
Warranty Disclaimer
The following machine problems are not within the new Annwa standard warranty:
* products have been beyond the warranty period (unless the Parties otherwise signed an extended warranty service);
* failure or damage caused by the working environment, storage or use of the non product specified in the product specification or the related installation and maintenance requirements. If the installation distance, ventilation, waterproof cap is not used correctly, and so on.
* unauthorized self disassembly, repair or modification of machines without the authorization of new Annwa;
* failure and damage caused by unforeseen or human factors or force majeure, such as stormy weather, floods, lightning, overpressure, pests and fires.
* modify the product, change the design or replace the parts without the authorization of the new Annwa.
* intentionally destroying or tarnished, making an erasable mark, stealing, etc.
* normal wear and tear;
* not to be used in accordance with the correct safety regulations.
* failure or damage caused by the quality problems of other non new Annwa products themselves;
* damage caused by the transport process (including the scratch of the shell caused by the movement of the packaged products during the transport process);
Rusty corrosion on the shell of a machine because of the bad environment.
Policy of quality assurance
The machine or machine failure resulting in the warranty period the company internal technical defects or material problems do not work, please contact the company service hotline, providing machine error information to be registered, and provide the warranty card by mail or fax to the customer service service department for processing. For the customers who use the products at the terminal, please contact the new Annwa technology in Shenzhen to feed back your machine problems.
If a machine fails, please provide the following information or documents (this information will help the after-sale service team deal with the machine problem):
* product type name and serial number;
* error message on the screen (if yes, please provide) and other descriptive error messages;
* detailed information on the entire power system (including components, circuit connection etc.);
* error message before (if yes, please provide);
The failure of the machine in the new Annwa standard warranty period will provide the following solution:
A: machine back to factory maintenance;
B: system site maintenance;
C: replacement products (for the products that have been stopped, can provide the corresponding products for replacement).
In the warranty period, the machine will automatically replace the faulty machine in the continuation of remaining warranty within the warranty period, therefore, you will not receive a new warranty certificate, the new Annwa internal system will automatically register the replacement. In addition, the replacement machine will have a warranty of at least one year, no matter whether the warranty period is valid.
Purchase invoices are properly preserved for subsequent use. If the machine or its parts need to be shipped back, be sure to pack it in the same way or in the same way.
